The Man Behind the Pour

From a bull float to a boardroom.

I started in the trade in 1993 as a laborer and cement finisher with union contractors in Miami. Three decades later I have run concrete crews of thirty-plus on high-rise decks, directed multi-project operations as a General Superintendent, and now estimate and manage concrete work across Western PA.

This is not a company. This is my career, in my own words, with the work to back it up.

What I Stand On

Hope. Strength. Integrity.

Three words. Three decades of trying to live up to them on the deck.

Hope

Every pour is a bet on tomorrow. Thirty years in this trade has taught me that hope is not a feeling — it is a discipline. You show up, you prepare, and you trust that the work done right today becomes the building somebody trusts their family to tomorrow.

Strength

Strength on a jobsite is not about being loud. It is about being steady on a bad day. It is standing between your crew and the pressure coming from above. It is walking a deck at 4 a.m. because that is what the pour needs.

Integrity

Concrete doesn't lie. Neither does a bid. If you cut a corner in either, it will show up — usually years later, always in front of the wrong people. I do the work right whether or not the inspector is looking.

Leadership in Practice

The pour starts weeks before the trucks arrive.

Whether it is a 42-story tower or a warehouse slab, the work I do in the conference room — sequencing, coordinating, teaching — is what makes the work on the deck possible. I bring the same discipline to both.
